Code of Conduct
The code of conduct is subject to change without notification.
Snail Games does not favor any players or houses and only takes action according to our internal policy.
Failure to abide by our code of conduct can result in the removal of your structures, creatures, items or banning of your account from our Official Servers. We reserve the right to immediately suspend player accounts and any action taken is at the sole and absolute discretion of the GM's of Snail Games.
If you feel that your ban was unwarranted, please feel free to submit a ticket with the Subject line: Ban Appeal – (Your Steam ID).
To find the steam ID we’re requesting, it’s the number after “profiles” in the url on steam. Here is an example of what we’re looking for: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/##############
We will then investigate it and respond accordingly.
This is not a full list of rules but represents clear guidelines for players to follow when playing on our official server. For something you’re unsure of, please use your best judgement. When in doubt, reach out to us in a request here.
